I came from London for a two night stay - I have been at this particular hotel many times and have always found it a great comfortable place to be. For some reason the WiFi was quite poor in my room (ground floor).

Staff at start was lovely. Only stayed one night and we were out for most of the day. Got back late and bed sheets smelt horrible and door did not lock! I have toddlers who were asleep so couldn’t really get them up to ask and change for a room. Complained in morning and the person at reception was awful. Didn’t even ask how the stay was, didn’t say morning..just about said sorry (with a funny expression). Nothing more. Even challenged about the door rather than accepting the feedback!

I lik3d the ambient music at breakfast. Also good is the provision of HDMI and other computer connections in the room. Another plus is the bus stop outside th3 hotel with half hourly connections to the city centre. The drinks in the bar could have been a bit cheaper.
