Hotel was OK and breakfast was nice. Room keys stopped working and needed to be replaced. WiFi for guests doesn't work - you need a password for visitor access (not provided). Air-conditioning too noisy to use at night. TV noise from neighbours. Someone opened our room door at 7am, said "oh that's not right" and closed the door.

Our junior suit room was lovely, but disappointed that there was no complimentary bottles water. It cost us $21.00AUD for 2 bottles of still water and a bucket of ice, I was shocked !!! The guest above us were so loud and could hear what we suspect were kids , jumping and running all hours of the night. The breakfast was quite underwhelming, the only eggs on offer was scrambled and said that they don’t do any made to order fried eggs or omelettes. If we wanted that we had to get room service. Ive never been to a hotel buffet that doesn’t offer fried eggs. Staff were lovely, rooms clean. All in all the stay was ok.

It was a great weekend the room was great and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was ok the hot food was cold in both days maybe have an egg station for guests.
