Employees are friendly to listen to the request and act on. Good access to the most of the places we planned in Marseille for a family vacation. We like the breakfast. Kids loved the pancake especially. Definitely recommend in my list!!!

5-night S. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

+ Cleaning and reception staff are both commendable (reception staff should highlight the sliding room dividers, we only spotted these on our final morning) + Location near the docks and metro Joliette - Air conditioning in the room not very effective - Night time - youth in adjacent square doing their antics on their motorbikes every night, noisy to be on the balcony (but once in the room it’s ok)

The hotel is well located within 5 minutes to nearby shopping mall and about 15mt walk to major attractions. The rooms were well sized. However the gym was practically non existent with two treadmills. It's a gym to tick off the 4 star requirement!
