Had a wonderful experience at this property. The banquet team was extremely efficient and helpful. Mr. Bikram, Anowar, Rupaya, Prasanjit helped a lot. Really happy with the arrangements. Would like to recommend this property for business meets and events.

Liked the room and breakfast, however the check-in process is not smooth and a bit chaotic. Too many staffs are just roaming around for nothing. The biggest issue was the elevator, waiting period is too long for higher floors. One foreigner commented Paris Traffic is better than the traffic at the elevator. Room keys didn't work two times and finally they replaced.On my next trip I would prefer to stay at Westin, which is well managed compared to Novotel.

Stay was ok ok. Not super good or super bad - it was usual basic. Thought the premier room was little bigger as it was the second category offered while booking, but after checking in to the room I discovered that its a same small basic room with lounge access. Enquired about possible upgrades - no rooms were available for next 3 days due to overwhelming wedding groups. Food in lounge was cold most of the times, took time to refill. Food served in breakfast areas is not great either - average taste. Many dried out items or un maintained. Old TV unit in the room was not usable for most of the times - Airtel DTH used to give no signal from satellite / bad weather errors - no smart tv to use apps and screen cast.

The shower was very dirty I entered with flipflops ,and there was nails cutted on the carpet from previous customer. Hygiene was a big issue, staff was very friendly and fast, but cleaning is a big issue. Cannot stay again.
