Can loyalty cards and membership benefits be combined ?

  • If your two cards are linked to the same account (a single email address), you combine the benefits linked to your membership card (reductions, availability guarantee, etc.) and the benefits linked to your Le Club AccorHotels loyalty card (Le Club AccorHotels points, exclusive services, etc.).
  • If your two cards are linked to two different accounts (identical first and last names, but two different email addresses), please contact our Customer Service Team to request that your accounts be linked.
