Do I have to present my Le Club AccorHotels card for each stay  ?

Yes, to earn Status and Rewards points for each eligible stay in a participating hotel:

  • State your card number when making a reservation
  • Present your card at the hotel reception desk on your arrival

Once you have checked out, your Status and Rewards points are credited within 7 days following your check-out from the hotel, based on your invoice amount excluding taxes.

To view your Status and Rewards points balances:

  1. 1 Access your "Account" from the website
  2. 2 Enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number as well as your password
  3. 3 Click on the "MY LOYALTY AREA AND MEMBERSHIP" section and then on "My loyalty card"
  4. 4 Find the details of your transactions in "My points history"

To claim missing points once the aforementioned period has elapsed, click here.

N.B.: Points are credited to your account within 6 weeks following a stay in an independent partner hotel.
