The total amount (including taxes) of your booking must be greater than or equal to the converted Rewards points.
  2. 2 Redeem your Rewards points for bookings on the following websites*:,,,,,,,,,, AccorHotels mobile app, AccorHotels telephone reservation office or by booking direct with an AccorHotels hotel participating in the loyalty programme.
  3. 3 Choose an AccorHotels hotel participating in the loyalty programme.
  4. 4 Select a rate that enables you to use Rewards points for booking.

Points redemption works as follows:

  • Points are redeemed in multiples of 2,000 Rewards points
For example, if you have 4,540 Rewards points in your account, you may redeem 2,000 or 4,000 Rewards points.
  • Booking with points is available on one of the websites* (listed above), via the AccorHotels mobile app, via AccorHotels reservation call center or directly with an AccorHotels hotel participating in the loyalty programme.
  • Redemption is limited to one million Rewards points per booking.
  • Bookings at pre-payment rates that cannot be canceled or changed must include a portion paid by credit card.

The redemption of points cannot involve any monetary consideration whatsoever; no change can be given.
