مرره جميل ورائع واحببت تعامل مع الموظفه اروى ابراهيم بوصي وإخلاصها في العمل وتعاونها مع الزباين في الفندق واحترامها في الشغل ومع الموظفات الي معاها في العمل ومساعدتها مع الآخرين وابتسامتها أمام الزباين

حسيت براحه حللوووه والنضافه الفندق رهيب والموضفين اسلوبهم عسل بمعنى الكلمه وبذات الموضفه اروى في الاستقبال وجدا رائع اسلوبها ودايما الابتسامه بوجهها مهمها كان الضيف ونضافه الفندق حاجه ثانيه الروائح جمييله جدا وشكرا للتعامل الرهيب وشكرا لك ياموضفه اروى على التعامل الرهيب وأسلوبك الجميل

Very bad experience

Pessima esperienza: l’unica cosa bella dell’hotel é la lobby, molto elegante. Camera degna di un hotel anni 80, ha un forte bisogno di essere rinnovata. Bagno minuscolo con vasca mini con tenda. Luci non funzionanti e prese rotte. In aggiunta a tutto ciò, l’hotel non segnala che stanno facendo dei lavori, quindi tutte le mattine alle 7 preparatevi a svegliarvi. Personale ignorante, non professionale e incurante dei bisogni dei clienti (soprattutto alla reception). Da evitare!

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in questa struttura. Queste le impressioni Posizione abbastanza centrale Check in veloce Camera assegnata al primo piano piccola e abbastanza in ombra con bagno piccolo, poco funzionale e doccia senza nessun contenimento (vasca o piatto doccia) viste le dimensioni dello stesso. E soprattutto con aria condizionata troppo fredda non regolabile. Dopo mia protesta mi è stata assegnata una nuova stanza certamente più confortevole e di dimensioni più adeguate. Colazione di buon livello (bella la sala con impressione di pulito) anche se abbastanza costosa (110 SAR/22€) Fitness center e Spa puliti e funzionali. Se non fosse per le stanze al primo piano potrebbe ottenere un giudizio migliore
