Geboekt in Schotse paasvakantie. Dus vol hotel… Prima kamer, en bij kunnen boeken. Personeel deed haar best. Helaas speelde wc (kamer 440) niet goed door. Maar toiletten negen voldeden prima

I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Regarding the price difference between your 2nights I wanted to reach you out to explain this quickly. Our hotel runs with a revenue manager who is responsible for the rates on our rooms. She changes accordingly to the business, hence sometimes more times a single day. When we looking for the prices or to extend an existing booking, the system automatically offers the available rates, never got chosen by a receptionist. I hope this was informative for future reference. Thank you once again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. We werden verrast met een upgrade van onze kamer, wordt zeer gewaardeerd. Het ontbijt als goed ruime keuze en goed verzorgt. De kamer is uitstekend en voorzien van alle gemakken voor een verblijf. Het enige wat ik mis als man zijn gezicht doekjes om na het scheren mijn gezicht schoon te spoelen.

Ons verblijf hier was perfect. Goed hotel. Fijne service. Goede bedden en uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfect gelegen voor een stedentrip. Tramhalte voor de deur. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum en binnen 15 minuten op het vliegveld.
